Saskia joined the Creative Bureaucracy Festival team in 2023 as a project manager. Her background is in Public Policy and Human Development with a special passion for social protection systems.

Having previously worked as a knowledge and community manager in an international development agency, she enjoys fostering cooperation by connecting people and ideas. She is also a big champion of exploring spontaneous ideas to make processes more efficient and fostering an environment where solutions can be co-created.
